ACCU-HEAT II convection ovens are portable, easy to operate, bench-top, inline, electronically controlled systems designed to automate production and improve productivity while providing safe, efficient control of heat-process manufacturing operations.

Operating on 110 volt 'plug in' power, without the need of hard wiring or special preparations, ACCU-HEAT II ovens deliver unbeatable economy.

Once operating parameters have been input the system will automatically return to them when power is activated. An ACCU-HEAT II 's ability to maintain process speed and temperature settings is exceptional. Delivering uncommon precision and unlimited profile capability they are applicable to a variety of heat process manufacturing operations.

Adjustable pass-thru gates, an ACCU-HEAT II first, allow for rapid heat-up and adjustment of tunnel openings to height of parts being processed.

For low to medium volume, prototype, or laboratory situations they are total production requirement capable. In large, high volume operations they can eliminate the impact of costly monetary, labor, and time-consuming adjustments to full scale production ovens by processing short run, low volume quantities.

With a specifically configured baffle arrangement and high-temperature blower unit, the ACCU-HEAT II 's closed-loop, re-circulating design, minimizes energy consumption and heat loss while maximizing thermal stability and heat transfer.

Products processed in an ACCU-HEAT II are completely enveloped in an accurately controlled uniform thermal atmosphere that subjects all surfaces to identical temperatures, evenly and consistently. The thermal process is precisely controlled, repeatable, and cost-effective, resulting in improved productivity and product quality.
